## 1. Ticket Buyer Pricing

- **Refund Reflection Time**: 2–3 business days (credited back to original payment mode).

## 2. Event Organizer & Producer Pricing (2-Step Model)

### Step 1: Tenant Account Creation (Mandatory Prerequisite)
- **Price**: ₹2,999 INR (One-time setup fee)
- **Requirements**: Active business or organizer profile

### Step 2: Per Show Hosting Fee
- **Price Formula**: `MAX(₹2,999 INR, 4% of total gross seat value)`
- **Calculation Examples**:
  - **Example A (Small Show)**: 100 seats @ ₹100 = ₹10,000 gross seat value. 4% = ₹400. Minimum charge applies -> **Fee = ₹2,999 INR**.
  - **Example B (Medium Show)**: 300 seats @ ₹250 = ₹75,000 gross seat value. 4% = ₹3,000 -> **Fee = ₹3,000 INR**.
  - **Example C (Large Show)**: 1,000 seats @ ₹300 = ₹3,000,000 gross seat value. 4% = ₹12,000 -> **Fee = ₹12,000 INR**.
