How do refunds and cancellations work?

If a show is cancelled or if eligible for ticket cancellation, refunds are automatically processed back to your original payment mode within 2–3 business days.

What is the fee for event organizers to set up a tenant account and launch shows on Showzio?

Tenant account setup with Razorpay & PhonePe merchant payment gateway integration costs a one-time fee of ₹2,999 INR. Hosting individual shows costs MAX(₹2,999 INR, 4% of total seats value).
